Refund Policy
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As such, you have the right to return or change the products you have purchased within 14 days.
1.RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygienic protective pads intact and without any missing items and in the same condition as when it was received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned damaged or with missing parts.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate the return process, you need to send an email with your order number, name, email address, and the reason for the return. Once you receive confirmation of your return request, you can send the product back to us. The returned products must be sent back within 14 days of receiving approval, along with the original packaging, all accessories that came with the product, and the invoice.
2.EXCHANGES
To exchange a purchased product with a different size or color of the same model, you must first inform us of your change request by email before shipping. You have a 14-day window starting from the date of delivery to request an exchange. After receiving confirmation of your change request via email, you may return the product to us free of charge by filling out the return & exchange form and stating the desired size or color. The returned product must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the change confirmation, in its original packaging with all standard accessories, labels, and invoice. Certain conditions must be met for an exchange, such as the product not being used or losing its originality and still having all of its labels. If the desired size or color is not available, we will refund you the product amount. To exchange a product for a different model, you must return the original product and place a new order for the desired product. Please ensure that you have all original documents, including the invoice, when shipping the product back to us, as we are required to include these documents in all orders. Products without invoices will not be accepted for exchange.

Please note that if your country of residence is not Turkey, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
3.DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
4.REFUNDS
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund policy criteria. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.

5.CANCELLATION
To cancel your order, you need to send an email to contact.delareyna@gmail.com with your order number, name, email address, and request before it is shipped. We will assess if your order is eligible for cancellation and issue a refund accordingly.
